Why Eonexea exists
We work between companies, people and execution. We understand what a company is building, find the capabilities the work requires and help create working relationships that can move the business forward.
Most hiring goes the other way. A role is written after the fact, described in the language of a job family, and filled by whoever matches the words. That works when the work is well understood. It works badly when a company is building something new — which is when the stakes are usually highest.
So we work the other way around. Understand the work first. Define the capability it needs. Then find the person.
