Information you send us through a form on this site. For a company inquiry that is your name, work email, company, role, website, what you are building, the capability you need, your timing and any additional detail you choose to add. For a talent inquiry it is your name, email, location, links you provide, an optional résumé, your primary area of work, a short description of your work, the type of opportunity you are considering and your availability.

Basic technical information sent by your browser with each request, such as your IP address and user agent. We use this to rate-limit form submissions and to keep the site available.

Aggregate analytics about how the site is used — which pages are viewed, which links people arrive from, and which calls to action are used. We use Vercel Web Analytics for this. It does not set cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

To protect the site from automated abuse.

To understand which parts of the site are useful.

We do not sell your information.

We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

We do not share a candidate's details with a company without that candidate's agreement.

We do not publish client names, product details or anything shared with us in confidence.

Service providers we use to run the site and route form submissions. Today that is Vercel, which hosts the site and provides its cookieless analytics, and Resend, which delivers form submissions to us by email. Those are the only two services this website sends your information to.

Where the law requires it.

We do not set a fixed deletion date. Company inquiries and talent network records are kept for as long as they remain relevant to a possible match or conversation, which for a talent network can be a long time.

You can ask us to delete your record at any time, for any reason, and we will. Write to info@eonexea.com.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@eonexea.com and we will respond.

We apply this to everyone who asks, wherever you live, rather than only where a law requires it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a privacy law in your state gives you a right this notice does not describe, write to us and we will honor it.
