The opportunity is the work.
You are not applying for a position here. You are joining a group of people who get put on real problems across our businesses — and who get better because of it.
Some of what we are building has not been announced. You will hear the specifics in conversation, as they become appropriate.
There may not be a role waiting. That is deliberate.
Most companies decide the shape of a job, then look for someone shaped like it. We start from what a person can do and what our businesses are trying to solve, and put the two together.
So the honest answer to “what is the job?” is: it depends on what you are good at and what is live when you arrive. That is not uncertainty for its own sake — it is what makes the range possible.
- Capability
- Potential
- What the business needs
- The project

What we look for
What we look for
None of this is a checklist. It is what tends to be true of the people who do well in the work we place them into.
- Real work behind you, whatever the label on it was
- Depth in something, and curiosity past the edge of it
- The judgment to decide, not just to execute
- Ownership when nobody is watching
- Clear thinking under an incomplete brief
- The ability to talk to engineers and to the business
- Comfort when the shape of the work changes
- Care with things told to you in confidence
Experience
What matters more than a title
We do not measure people by years served or the size of their last title. We look at what they built, improved, led, learned and took responsibility for.
An engineer four years in who owned something genuinely hard is more interesting than a longer résumé with less to point at. The same test applies at every level: what was different because you were there?

How we work with people
What to expect from us
A real conversation, not a screen
We want to know what you have actually done and what you want to get better at. It is not a form that scores you on keywords.
Honesty about the work
Some projects sit close to the people making the decisions. Some are heads-down build. We will tell you which this one is.
Range, once you are in
You are not fixed to the first thing you work on. What comes next depends on what you showed on the last one.
Your information handled carefully
What you tell us stays with us. Nothing is circulated anywhere without your agreement.
