For talent
Work on something real.
Eonexea connects strong builders, specialists, operators and leaders with companies working on important products and business problems in the United States.
Some of the companies are building in stealth. We share context progressively — enough to decide whether a conversation is worth having, and more as it becomes appropriate.

What we look for
What we look for
None of this is a checklist. It is what tends to be true of the people who do well in the work we place them into.
- Strong work in a relevant area
- Clear thinking
- Good judgment
- Ownership
- An understanding of the wider business
- The ability to communicate across functions
- Current knowledge of how the work is done today
- Comfort with changing or incomplete environments
- Responsible handling of confidential information
Experience
What matters more than a title
We do not evaluate people only by years of experience or the size of their previous title. We look at what they have built, improved, led, learned and taken responsibility for.
That means an engineer four years in who owned something difficult can be a better fit than someone with a longer résumé and less to point to. It also means a functional leader is judged on the same terms — what changed because they were there.

How we work with people
What to expect from us
Context before commitment
What the company is building, why the role exists and what the first year is likely to involve — as much as we are permitted to share.
A short, direct process
We do not put people through rounds that tell no one anything.
Honest scope
Some roles sit close to founders and decisions. Some do not. We will tell you which one this is rather than describing every role the same way.
Your information handled carefully
We do not circulate résumés. Nothing is shared with a company without your agreement.
